PAYMENT METHODS

• We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• Amex is not accepted.
• All our prices are in US dollars. 18% gratuities and 16% TAX will be added.
• To secure your booking, we require a save the date deposit (non-refundable) based on the number of attendees:
1. For 1-9 people, the deposit is $290.00 USD including 16% TAX.
2. For 10 or more people, the deposit is $580.00 USD including 16% TAX.
• A 50% deposit of the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 90 days before the wedding date (non-refundable).
• The final balance must be settled 15 days prior to the wedding date (non-refundable).

AFTER HOURS FEE

• Our operation hours for appointments are from 08:00am to 07:00pm.
• A $250.00 USD fee applies to set ups scheduled before or after our operation hours.

MINIMUM SERVICES REQUESTED
• A minimum of 4 services are required to locations in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.
• A minimum of 12 Services are required to locations in Puerto Los Cabos, La Laguna, East Cape area, Cerritos, Rancho Pescadero or Todos Santos.
• For locations around East Cape, some areas will be restricted, please let us know the exact location to confirm we can provide the services requested.

TRAVELLING FEE
• For appointments in Puerto Los Cabos, a travel fee of $60.00 USD will apply per appointment.
• For appointments in La Laguna, Cerritos, Rancho Pescadero, East Cape area and Todos Santos, a travelling fee of $100.00 USD will apply per appointment.

EXTRA FEE
• If we work in two separate rooms, it is necessary to assign two Hair & Makeup coordinators, and an additional fee of $150.00 USD will be charged.
• For Hair & Makeup trials, we allocate three hours. If it exceeds the estimated time, an additional fee of $100.00 USD per hour will be charged.

TOUCH UPS
• The touch-up service after the ceremony is $100.00 USD per hour per stylist and will need to be previously authorized by email, specifying the hours needed. This service will be reflected in your proposal, and it must be paid 15 days prior to the wedding.

SET UP TIME
• Kindly consider your hair and makeup appointment has a 15/30 min set up time before the starting time of services.

NOTE
• The number of stylists will be confirmed a few days before the wedding based on availability. We cannot guarantee a specific number of stylists several months in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICES
• All payments made are non-refundable.
• If a client cancels 90 days prior to the wedding date or before that, the 50% deposit and remaining balance will not be charged.
• If a client who has already paid a 50% deposit cancels after 90 days prior to the wedding, the final payment will not be charged, and the 50% deposit will be retained as a credit that can be used within 12 months of the original wedding date, subject to availability.
• In case of natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunami, fire, floods, etc.), sanitary emergency (pandemics), government orders, health emergencies, in which the clients are forced to cancel or postpone the wedding in Los Cabos, the company will follow the policies outlined above.
• In all cases, the “Save the Date” deposit is non-refundable and cannot be used as a credit.
