Full body massages are typically performed in a massage table, and they can go anywhere from 60 min. (we recommend a minimum of an hour for full body) to 2 hours.

Chair massages are more convenient to target specific areas of the body, like the back, upper back and neck and scalp, shoulders, and arms. We recommend chair massage for a minimum of 15 minutes and up to 45 minutes, at the most. Chair massage is a quick boost when you don’t have much time for a full-body experience.
